2009 CHRVA High Performance Tryout Registration

If you are registering for the tryouts for a Regional HP Team, the fee is $40. The tryout date is May 16 2009. The time is 9:00 – 12:00 at the Volleyball House, 5635 Furnace Avenue, Elkridge, MD).

For those who are selected for one of the two HP teams, you will be required to attend training sessions the training sessions that are indicated on the flyer (click the link to the flyer above). The dates of team travel to the Championships are July 21– July 27.

Registering
1) Click the START button below to start the process. This online registration form will ask for basic contact information. Once submitted, you will receive immediate automated verification of your request.
2) Send a check for the full amount and copy of your verification to the address provided. That's it!

• Please make sure the email you enter is valid and one that is checked frequently. We do not use the email for any marketing purposes and it will not be shared.
  
• No application is considered complete until all the requested information is received [both the online registration and a valid check made payable to CHRVA].
  
• Tryout fees - $40. Walkup tryout fees - $50 [Walkups will receive a T-Shirt only while they last].
• All participants MUST be USAV members. Have your USAV member number available at check in.
  
• Proof of age is REQUIRED at check in - NO EXCEPTIONS!
